The room felt reused and unclean; the blankets looked like they hadn't been changed. After waiting 20 minutes for hot water, I just got lukewarm! Not what I expected at all.

Particularly good location in the middle of jackson, easy to get around...

Location - particularly good, short walk to metro. For tea or coffee visit The Perfectionists' Cafe nearby. An iron, an electronic key card, and a coffee/tea maker available in the twin room. A bathtub in the bathroom;))

The cute staff made our arrival pleasant, and the breakfast was a tasty highlight. While there were a few quirks with parking and room layout, the overall experience was enjoyable. The gym was a nice bonus for keeping the kids entertained. A cozy spot for a budget-friendly stay!

Clean hotel in a nice building close to nearest Metro station, the metro around the clock, and the Business centre. Favourable location in the middle of jackson, easy to get around. 15 minutes' walk to Jumeirah Golf Estates

Make sure to check out the local supermarket Spinneys, just a short walk away. It's perfect for snacks and drinks.

The breakfast was fantastic, especially with the recommendations from Ali. The gaming room in the basement was a fun bonus, and the attention from the staff made me feel right at home 😊

The location is super convenient! It's close to the metro, making it easy to explore the area. I also loved the friendly staff; they really made me feel welcome, especially during breakfast, which had a great variety. Plus, having a supermarket next door was a lifesaver for snacks!

My experience wasn’t all good. The housekeeping was pretty hit or miss; they often forgot to replenish my toiletries. the strong fragrance in the lobby was intense and kinda overwhelming. Honestly, it could use some serious improvement in those areas.

All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

Just wrapped up a stellar 3-night stay! Immensely enjoyed the luxurious Superior King Room, with a gigantic bed and amenities like a smart TV and gym at hand. Staff were polite and helpful. The local supermarket Spinneys is a gem and the shuttle service is a real plus for beach and metro trips!

The room was spacious, very clean, and featured an appealing bathroom design. Staff at the reception were quite friendly, particularly Osama, who was attentive and genuinely helpful. The hotel is in a quiet location, a great escape from the bustling city. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of delicious foods, and I loved their tropical fresh juice. I appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the metro. There were a few drawbacks. The air conditioning had an issue with cigarette smoke odor seeping in from the bathroom ventilation a couple of times. Housekeeping could be more consistent, as they didn't always replenish toiletries and left dishes unwashed. Not ideal if you're planning to work from your room, as the only workspaces were located in the basement games room.

The location was convenient, with a quick shuttle service to the nearby metro! Rooms had excellent entertainment options-PS5 and a billiards table made relaxation enjoyable.

The breakfast options were decent but lacked variety each morning! I wished for more dining choices to opt for, as it got repetitive over time.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station. The kids loved the gaming room, with a PS5 and billiards available for fun downtime. The spacious Superior Twin Room provided ample space for our family.

We experienced some inconsistency with housekeeping as not all toiletries were replenished timely.

The hotel was low cost yet covered all our needs. the room and facilities were neat and nicely decorated. the staff were competent and easygoing. the hotel's location, just a 5-minute walk from Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 underground, was a big plus.
