Just wrapped up a stellar 3-night stay! Immensely enjoyed the luxurious Superior King Room, with a gigantic bed and amenities like a smart TV and gym at hand. Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. The local supermarket Spinneys is a gem and the shuttle service is a real plus for beach and metro trips!

I had a nice stay in the Superior King Room. The room was spacious, very clean, and featured an appealing bathroom design. Staff at the reception were quite friendly, particularly Osama, who was attentive and genuinely helpful. The hotel is in a quiet location, which was a great escape from the bustling city. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of delicious foods, and I loved their tropical fresh juice. I appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the metro, making it easy to explore Dubai. However, there were a few drawbacks. The air conditioning had an issue with cigarette smoke odor seeping in from the bathroom ventilation a couple of times. Housekeeping could be more consistent, as they didn’t always replenish toiletries and left dishes unwashed. Not ideal if you're planning to work from your room, as the only workspaces were located in the basement games room.
